Rabol.id – Bangun Purba : Kenyataan yang terjadi di lapangan selalu tidak sesuai dengan perencanaan. Itu juga yang terjadi pada proses pembuatan badan jalan di lokasi TMMD ke-111 TA 2021 Kodim 0204/DS di Desa Mabar, Kecamatan Bangun Purba, Kabupaten Deliserdang.
Dalam pengerjaan sasaran fisik yang telah ditetapkan, kendala selalu terjadi. Tapi satu persatu kendala itu berhasil diatasi.
Teranyar kendala kerap menghadang personel Satgas dalam menyelesaikan pengerjaan badan jalan dengan konstruksi cor beton. Sebagai sasaran fisik yang terbilang paling sulit, wajar pengerjaan badan jalan itu paling lama selesai.
Terlebih berbagai kendala terus terjadi, terutama faktor cuaca yang kerap menggantu pengerjaan sasaran fisik pada setiap pelaksanaan TMMD.
Hujan yang kerap mengguyur membuat badan jalan yang hendak dicor tergenang air, berlumpur dan licin. Tak hanya kendala pada saat hendak menuangkan semen cor dari truk molen, kendala lainnya juga menghadang.
Seperti truk yang tidak bisa melintasi badan jalan yang licin dan berlumpur. Berkali-kali hambatan ini terjadi.
Tapi tak sedikitpun menghalangi pekerjaan personel Satgas di lapangan. Ketika truk pengangkut material terjebak lumpur, Satgas mengerahkan alat berat seperti grader dan backhoe untuk menarik.
Ketika jalan yang hendak dicor dipenuhi lumpur, backhoe pun bekerja untuk menyingkirkannya sehingga jalan bisa kembali kering.
Tak hanya itu, untuk menjaga kualitas jalan beton, sebelum dilakukan pengecoran, Satgaspun melapisinya dengan plastik. “Pelapisan ini untuk menjaga kualitas cor badan jalan agar bisa bertahan lama. Soalnya lahan berlumpur akan mempengaruhi kualitas cor,” ujar Pawas TMMD Kodim 0204/DS, Kapten Kav Ishak Iskandar, Rabu (7/7/2010.
Sementara, Koordinator Umum TMMD Kodim 0204/DS, Kapten Kav Sudirno menjelaskan, sampai hari ke-22 pelaksanaan TMMD, panjang jalan yang telah dicor mencapai 1.906 meter dari rencana sepanjang 2.545 meter.
Kapten Sudirno juga yakin, di sisa tenggat waktu pengerjaan jalan cor beton selebar 4 meter bisa dirampungkan personel Satgas.
“Dalam delapan hari ke depan, jalan cor beton selebar 4 meter ini ditargetkan sudah rampung 100 persen, sehingga saat penutupan TMMD dilakukan, warga sudah bisa langsung melintasinya,” pungkas Kapten Sudirno yang juga Pasiter Kodim 0204/DS itu. (Sumber: Kodim 0204/DS)
