rabol.id – Medan: Plt Bupati Langkat H. Syah Afandin, SH menghadiri penyerahan secara Digital DIPA dan Buku Alokasi TKD Tahun Anggaran 2024 Provinsi Sumatera Utara, di Hotel Santika Dyandra Medan, Rabu (13/12/2023).
Penyerahan Secara Digital DIPA dan Buku Alokasi TKD Tahun Anggaran 2024 Provinsi Sumatera Utara ini mendukung peraturan presiden nomor 95 tahun 2018 tentang sistem pemerintahan berbasis elektronik.
Penyerahan DIPA secara manual pada tahun sebelumnya memiliki 12 tahapan sedangkan penyerahan DIPA secara digital hanya butuh 4 tahapan. Dimana ini berdampak baik terhadap kemudahan dan kenyamanan pengguna dalam proses penandatanganan dokumen.
Lalu kecepatan proses penandatanganan dokumen, efisiensi anggaran cetak dan pengiriman dokumen dan peningkatan keamanan data untuk itu dengan segala hormat ke daerah kepada seluruh bupati dan walikota tahun 2024.
Dalam Rapat Koordinasi Sumatera Utara 2023 ini, Pemerintah Kabupaten Langkat mendapatkan penghargaan sebagai Penyaluran Dana Desa terbaik nomor 3 se- Sumatera Utara
1. Pemerintah kabupaten Asahan
2. Pemerintah kabupaten Karo
3. Pemerintah Kabupaten Langkat
Kepala Kantor Wilayah Ditjen Perbendaharaan Provinsi Sumatera Utara, Mirza Effendi menjelaskan dalam kurun waktu 2019 hingga penghujung tahun 2023 ini di Provinsi Sumatera Utara APBN masih menjadi instrumen yang diandalkan dalam menghadapi berbagai gejolak seperti pandemi serta kenaikan harga energi dan pangan.
“Sampai dengan akhir November 2023 belanja negara di Provinsi Sumatera Utara sudah terealisasi sebesar Rp 59,3 triliun atau 89,4,5% dari pagu yang ditetapkan. Sedangkan penerimaan negara sudah sebesar Rp 33,44 triliun atau 84,63% dari pagu dan target penerimaan yang ditetapkan,” jelasnya.
Tahun 2024 adalah tahun terakhir kabinet Indonesia maju namun APBN akan terus mendukung transformasi ekonomi yang eksklusif dan berkelanjutan menuju Indonesia maju dengan terus membangun pondasi kualitas sdm infrastruktur dan reformasi lainnya.
“Semoga dengan penyerahan ini nantinya dapat menjadi perhatian dan tanggung jawab kita bersama untuk menjalankan amanah yang sudah ditetapkan dan dilaksanakan sesegera mungkin untuk kesejahteraan masyarakat,” ucapnya.
Selanjutnya Pj Gubernur Sumatera Utara Hasanuddin menyerahkan DIPA dan TKD Tahun Anggaran 2024 secara digital kepada Bupati dan walikota se Sumatera Utara
Hassanudin dalam sambutannya menyampaikan 5 fokus alokasi APBN Tahun Anggaran 2024.
1. Perbaikan kualitas sumber daya manusia dengan menghapus kemiskinan ekstrim , menurunkan stunting, peningkatan akses dan kualitas layanan kesehatan dan pendidikan
2. Percepatan transformasi ekonomi hijau melalui gilirisasi sumber daya alam revitalisasi industri penguatan ekonomi hijau serta reformasi
3. Pemberian subsidi dan bantuan sosial_ini yang tepat sasaran dengan peningkatan aktivitas perbaikan mekanisme penyaluran dan sinergi program
4. Penguatan sinar dianggaran baik dari pusat dan daerah dengan menyusun kerangka ekonomi makro dan pokok-pokok kebijakan fiskal berdimensi regional dan sinkronisasi baik belanja pusat maupun belanja daerah
5. Meningkatkan efisiensi dan efektivitas belajar negara guna mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi dengan penciptaan lapangan kerja pengentasan kemiskinan dan pemerataan pembangunan baik antar golongan maupun antara wilayah
“Sebagaimana arahan bapak presiden Joko Widodo, kebijakan tahun 2024 dirancang untuk memperkokoh pondasi perekonomian dalam menghadapi tantangan saat ini maupun di masa yang akan datang. Serta diarahkan untuk mendukung peningkatan produktivitas untuk transformasi ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan,” jelasnya.
