Rabol.id–Langkat: Plt Bupati Langkat H.Syah Afandin SH mengambil Sumpah, Janji dan Pelantikan PNS Dalam Jabatan Pimpinan Tinggi Pratama (Eselon ll) dan Jabatan Fungsional, di Ruang Pola Kantor Bupati Langkat, Jum’at 04 Agustus 2023.

Kepala BKD Eka Syahputra Depari SSTP MAP membacakan surat keputusan Bupati Langkat Nomor. 824 – 108/K/2023 dan Nomor.824 – 109 /K/2023 tanggal 02 Agustus 2023 tentang pengangkatan pegawai negeri sipil dalam jabatan tinggi Pratama (Eselon ll) dan pengangkatan pegawai negeri sipil melalui perpindahan dari jabatan lain ke dalam jabatan fungsional di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Langkat.

Adapun nama – nama yang di lantik sebagai berikut:

Pengambilan sumpah, janji dan pelantikan PNS dalam jabatan pimpinan tinggi pratama (Eselon ll) dan jabatan fungsional di bacakan Plt Bupati Langkat H.Syah Afandin SH

Syah Afandin berpesan jadikan jabatan ini sebagai jabatan yang amanah serta wajib di laksanakan dengan penuh tanggung jawab sebagaimana sumpah / janji yang telah di ucapkan.

“Saya minta kepada saudara-saudara agar segera beradaptasi di tempat tugas yang baru serta mampu menggunakan teknologi digital dalam mendukung kinerja organisasi sesuai tuntutan masyarakat saat ini,” pesannya.

Kepada para pejabat struktural, Afandin meminta untuk fokus dalam mengelola institusi yang saudara pimpin, siapkan prioritas kerja karena tanpa prioritas saudara tidak akan dapat mengendalikan organisasi secara baik. Tunjukkan bahwa saudara adalah pemimpin yang baik, pemimpin yang mampu memberi ketauladanan dalam menjalankan visi misi organisasi melalui tim work yang tangguh untuk tercapainya prestasi organisasi

Sementara kepada pejabat fungsional yang hari ini dilantik, Afandin ingin agar menggunakan keahlian dan keterampilan saudara secara benar agar tugas-tugas pemerintahan dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat lebih cepat lebih berhasil guna dan berdaya guna.

Selanjutnya, Afandin menyampaikan bahwa untuk di maklumi 4 bulan kedepan sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan saya sebagai Plt Bupati Langkat akan berakhir. “Oleh karenanya kepada seluruh pejabat yang hadir dalam kesempatan ini saya mengajak untuk menyadari bahwa jabatan adalah amanah, menyia-nyiakan amanah dengan melakukan hal-hal yang tidak semestinya di lakukan adalah bentuk penghianat kepada bangsa dan negara,” tandasnya.

“Saya berharap kita semua untuk selalu memiliki motivasi dalam bekerja, cintai pekerjaan dengan sepenuh hati dan jangan menunggu untuk melakukan perubahan jika ditemukan kegagalan. Sebab ada petuah nasehat yang menyebutkan bahwa ketika terbukti bersalah orang bijak akan memperbaiki dirinya sendiri, sementara orang bodoh akan sibuk terus berdebat mempertahankan dirinya. Mudah-mudahan petuah di atas mampu saudara-saudara camkan dengan baik,” tambahnya.
