Rabol.id–Langkat: Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Bupati Langkat H Syah Afandin SH membuka sosialisasi peraturan perundang – undangan bagi aparatur sipil negara (ASN) di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Langkat, d ruang pola Kantor Bupati Langkat, Stabat, Kamis (13/10/2022).
Sosialisasi digelar Bagian Hukum Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Langkat.
Plt Bupati Langkat meminta peserta serius mengikuti sosialisasi. Serta menegaskan agar ASN tidak menyepelekan hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan administrasi, karena salah satu celah ataupun pintu masuk dalam penyelidikan tindak pidana korupsi adalah di mulai dari tertibnya administrasi.
“Melalui sosialisasi ini nantinya kita dapat memahami tujuan dari undang-undang adminitrasi,” sebutnya.
Kemudian untuk proses penertiban maupun implementasi peraturan daerah dan peraturan kepala daerah, Afandin meminta agar perangkat daerah terkait benar-benar memahami subtansi permasalahan yang menjadi dasar penertiban regulasi tersebut.
“Jika aturannya dapat dilaksanakan secara baik, maka akan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat,” tandasnya.
Selanjut Kabag Hukum Setdakab Langkat, Alimat Tarigan SH menyampaikan sosialisasi digelar berdasarkan surat keputusan sekertaris daerah nomor 188.05-43/K/SEKR/2022 tanggal 10 Oktober 2022, tentang pembentukan tim pelaksana kegiatan sosialisasi peraturan sipil negara di Kabupaten Langkat.
Kegiatan sosialisasi ini diikuti para Asisten dan Staf Ahli Bupati, kepala perangkat daerah (KPD), para Camat, dan Dirut BUMD di Langkat.
Narasumber yang dihadirkan Kajari Langkat Mei Abeto Harahap SH MH, Dr.Eka Nam Sihombing SH MHum selaku Akademisi dan Kasubid Fasilitas Pembentukan Produk Hukum Daerah Kanwil Menkum dan Ham Sumatera Utara, serta Goldamei Siagian SH MHum selaku Biro Hukum Setda Provinsi Sumatera Utara.
