Matabangsa.com – Bangun Purba : Seperti tak ada kendornya semangat warga Dusun VIII Pagar Gunung, Desa Mabar, Kecamatan Bangun Purba, Kabupaten Deliserdang dalam membantu pengecoran jalan di lokasi TMMD ke-111 TA 2021 Kodim 0204/Deliserdang.
Tak hanya siang, hingga malam hari pun warga terkadang ikut lembur bersama personel Satgas TMMD.
“Kami sudah tak sabar untuk segera menikmati jalan cor beton ini,” ucap Joshua Tarigan, salah seorang warga Dusun VIII Pagar Gunung, Selasa (6/7/2021).
Diakui Tarigan, dibangunnya jalan cor beton sepanjang 2.545 meter dengan lebar 4 meter ini, merupakan impian banyak warga di dusunnya.
Selama ini, warga harus memutar jalan yang cukup jauh untuk bisa keluar menuju ke pekan atau ke kecamatan.
Kondisi ini terjadi lantaran jalan desa yang ada masih berupaya jalur tanah setapak itu, seketika berubah licin dan berlumpur tebal usai diguyur hujan.
“Kalau sudah hujan, repot kalilah warga dusun ini untuk menuju keluar, kecuali mau memutar dengan jarak yang lebih jauh dan waktu tempuh yang lebih lama,” ungkap Tarigan.
Tapi beberapa hari ke depan, dilema yang dirasakan warga Dusun VIII Pagar Gunung ini akan segera pupus. Jalan tanah setapak lama tak tersentuh pembangunan, akan berganti jalan cor beton.
“Membayangkannya saja sudah senang, apalagi nanti sudah rampung. Tak terkatakanlah gembiranya kami di Dusun VIII Pagar Gunung ini. Makanya, setiap hari kami bergantian membantu bapak-bapak tentara mempercepat pengecoran jalan ini,” pungkas Tarigan.
Sementara, Koordinator Umum TMMD Kodim 0204/DS, Kapten Kav Sudirno menjelaskan, sampai hari ke-22 pelaksanaan TMMD, panjang jalan yang telah dicor mencapai 1.906 meter dari rencana sepanjang 2.545 meter.
“Dalam delapan hari ke depan, jalan cor beton selebar 4 meter ini ditargetkan sudah rampung 100 persen, sehingga saat penutupan TMMD dilakukan, warga sudah bisa langsung melintasinya,” pungkas Kapten Sudirno yang juga Pasiter Kodim 0204/DS itu.
