Rabol.id–Langkat: Negeri Bertuah peringati hari santri nasional (HSN) tahun 2022 bertema ‘Berdaya Menjaga Martabat Kemanusiaan’.
Plt Bupati Langkat H Syah Afandin SH melalui Sekdakab Langkat Amril SSos MAP bertindak sebagai inspektur upacara peringatan HSN di Alun-alun T Amir Hamzah Stabat, Sabtu 22 Oktober 2022. Upacara diikuti oleh ratusan santri dan santriwati Kabupaten Langkat.
Sekda Langkat menyampaikan amanat Menteri Agama RI, Yaqut Cholil Qoumas. Ia menyampaikan peringatan hari santri bukanlah milik santri semata, hari santri adalah milik kita semua, milik semua komponen bangsa yang mencintai tanah air, milik meraka yang memiliki keteguhan dalam menjunjung nilai-nilai kebangsaan.
“Karena itu saya mengajak semua masyarakat Indonesia apapun latar belakang untuk turut serta ikut merayakan hari santri, merayakan dengan cara napak tilas perjuangan santri menjaga martabat kemanusiaan untuk Indonesia,” pungkasnya.
“Melalui momen upacara peringatan hari santri tahun 2022 ini, mari kita bersama-sama mendoakan para pahlawan terutama dari kalangan Ulama, Kiai dan santri yang telah syahid di medan perang demi kemaslahatan bangsa dan agama. Semoga arwah para pahlawan bangsa di tempatkan yang terbaik di sisi Allah SWT,” doanya.
Amril menjelaskan bahwa peringatan HSN berdasarkan keputusan Presiden RI nomor 22 tahun 2015, telah menetapkan tanggal 22 Oktober sebagai hari santri.
Penetapan 22 Oktober merujuk pada tercetusnya “Resolusi Jihad” yang berisi fatwa kewajiban berjihad demi mempertahankan kemerdekaan Indonesia.
Resolusi jihad ini kemudian melahirkan peristiwa heroik tanggal 10 november 1945 yang kita peringati sebagai hari pahlawan.
“Sejak ditetapkan pada tahun 2015, kita pada setiap tahunnya selalu rutin menyelenggarakan peringatan hari santri dengan tema yang berbeda,” jelasnya.
Maksud tema berdaya menjaga martabat kemanusiaan adalah bahwa santri dalam kesejarahannya selalu terlibat aktif dalam setiap fase perjalanan Indonesia.
Ketika Indonesia memangil santri tidak pernah mengatakan tidak. Santri dengan berbagai latar belakangnya siap sedia mendarmabaktikan hidupnya untuk bangsa dan negara.
Dulu ketika Indonesia masih dijajah para santri turun ke medan laga berperang melawan penjajah. Mengunakan bambu runcing yang terlebih dahulu didoakan kiai subchi parakan temanggung, mereka tidak gentar melawan musuh.
Di Surabaya resolusi jihad yang digelorakan kiai Hasyim Asy’ari membakar semangat pemuda Surabaya melawan Belanda.
Ketika pecah pertempuran lima hari di Semarang, para santri juga turut berada di garda depan perjuangan. Ditempat lainnya, sama santri selalu terlibat aktif dalam peperangan melawan penjajah.
Pada masa ketika Indonesia sudah memproklamasikan diri sebagai negara yang merdeka, santri juga tidak absen. KH Wahid Hasyim ayah KH Abdurrahman Wahid adalan salah satu santri yang terlibat aktif dalam pemerintah di awal-awal kemerdekaan.
Dialah bersama santri-santri dan tokoh-tokoh agama lainnya turut memperjuangkan kemaslahatan umat agama-agama di Indonesia.
Pasca kemerdekaan Indonesia santri lebih semangat lagi memenuhi panggilan ibu pertiwi, mereka tidak asyik dengan dirinya sendiri, tetapi mereka terlibat secara aktif di dunia perpolitikan, pendidikan, sosial ekonomi dan ilmu pengetahuan, selain juga agama.
Catatan-catatan diatas menunjukan bahwa santri dengan segala kemampuannya bisa menjadi apa saja. Sehingga mengasosiasikan santri hanya dengan di bidang ilmu keagamaan saja tidaklah tepat.
Santri sekarang telah merambah ke berbagai profesi, memiliki macam-macam bahkan mereka menjadi pemimpin negara.
Meski bisa menjadi apa saja santri tidak melupakan tugas utamanya, yaitu menjaga agama itu sendiri. Santri selalu mengedepankan nilai-nilai agama dalam setiap perilakunya, bagi santri agama adalah mata air yang selalu mengaliri inspirasi untuk menjaga dan menjunjung tinggi martabat kemanusiaan.
Menjaga martabat kemanusiaan atau Hifdzunnafs adalah salah satu tujuan diturunkannya agama di muka bumi (Maqashid Al Syariah). Tidak ada satu pun agama yang menyuruh pemeluknya untuk melakukan tindakan yang merusak harkat dan martabat manusia. Sebagai insan yang selalu menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai agama santri selalu menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai kemanusiaan.
“Santri senantiasa berprinsip bahwa menjaga martabat kemanusiaan adalah esensi ajaran agama apalagi di tengah kehidupan Indonesia yang sangat majemuk, bagi santri menjaga martabat kemanusiaan juga berarti menjaga Indonesia,” tegas Amril menyampaikan amanat Mentri Agama RI.
Giat dilanjutkan pemberian piala kepada pemenang lomba peringatan hari santri 2022 yang memperebutkan piala Plt Bupati Langkat H Syah Afandin SH oleh Sekdakab Langkat kepada Pondok Pesantren Muhammadiyah Kuala Madu sebagai juara umum.
Kemudian Sekda bersama Kapolres Langkat AKBP Danu Pamungkas Totok SH SIK dan para Ulama, Pimpinan dan Pengurus Ponpes serta Ustadz dan Ustadzah melepas pawai yang diikuti santri untuk keliling Kota Stabat dalam rangka peringatan hari santri 2022.
Turut hadir perwakilan Kodim 0203/Lkt Danramil Stabat Kapten Inf Edi Susanto, Kakan Kemenag Langkat H Ainul Aswad, Ketua MUI Langkat Zulkifli Ahmad Dian Lc MA, Ketua FKUB Panjang Harahap, Ketua Baznas Langkat Tantau Zauhari MA, Kadis Perhubungan Drs H Mulyono M Si, Kabag Kesra H Syahrizal SSos MSi, Ketua IDI Langkat Dr H Agus Salim MKed, Ketua PPNI Langkat H Ansari, Ketua DWP Kemenag Langkat Hj Doharni Syahfitri Ainul Aswad dan jajaran, Camat Stabat Nuriadi S Sos dan undangan lainnya.(yan/apri)
