rabol.id – Langkat: Pemerintah Kabupaten Langkat menggelar Upacara Hari Kesadaran Nasional di Halaman Kantor Bupati, Selasa (17/09/2024). Dalam upacara tersebut, Pj. Bupati Langkat H.M. Faisal Hasrimy, AP, M.AP, yang diwakili oleh Asisten Administrasi Umum Musti, SE, M.Si, bertindak sebagai pembina upacara.
Dalam pidato tertulis yang dibacakan oleh Musti, Pj. Bupati Langkat memberikan apresiasi dan terima kasih kepada seluruh aparatur sipil negara (ASN) yang telah berkomitmen hadir mengikuti upacara tersebut. Menurutnya, upacara ini merupakan momen penting untuk menumbuhkan jiwa nasionalisme dan memperkuat kesadaran para ASN terhadap tugas dan tanggung jawab mereka sebagai abdi negara.
“Upacara Hari Kesadaran Nasional ini merupakan upaya untuk menumbuhkan jiwa nasionalisme di kalangan aparatur pemerintahan. Kita harus menyadari bahwa diri kita merupakan bagian integral yang tidak terpisahkan dari seluruh kebijakan pemerintah pusat dan provinsi,” ujar Musti saat membacakan pidato Pj. Bupati.
Pj. Bupati juga menekankan pentingnya ASN untuk selalu bekerja secara maksimal dengan mengedepankan tugas pokok dan fungsi masing-masing, serta meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat. “Harapan saya, kita semua dapat bekerja lebih baik, terus berinovasi, dan memberikan pelayanan prima yang tepat dan bertanggung jawab kepada masyarakat,” tambahnya.
Selain itu, Musti meyakini bahwa upaya perubahan dan inovasi di lingkungan pemerintahan hanya dapat tercapai jika setiap aparatur berkomitmen untuk menebar manfaat dalam setiap aktivitas yang dilakukan. Ia juga mengingatkan bahwa tanggung jawab sebagai ASN tidak hanya di dunia, tetapi juga kelak di akhirat.
“Semoga amanah yang kita emban sebagai aparatur sipil negara dapat kita pertanggungjawabkan, baik di dunia maupun di akhirat,” tutupnya.
Upacara yang berlangsung dengan khidmat ini dipimpin oleh Satpol PP sebagai petugas upacara. Beberapa personil Satpol PP yang bertugas antara lain Sekretaris Satpol PP Syaiful Bahri sebagai Perwira Upacara, Danki Satpol PP Joko sebagai Pemimpin Upacara, dan tiga orang personel Satpol PP sebagai pengibar bendera.
Upacara tersebut turut dihadiri oleh Asisten dan Staf Ahli Bupati, Kepala Perangkat Daerah, serta seluruh ASN di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Langkat yang berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan tersebut.(dave)
