Rakor dalam rangka kesiapan pelaksanaan Pemilu dan Pilkada 2024 dan kesiapan penyelenggaraan PON XXl (2024) Aceh dan Sumut yang diselenggarakan Bappelitbang Provsu Sumatera Utara 2023.
Kegiatan tersebut diikuti Forkopimda Provsu, Kepala Bappelitbang Provsu, Ketua KPU/Bawaslu Sumut, KONI Sumut dan PB-PON Aceh dan Sumut.
Juga Sekda Kabupaten/Kota Se-Provsu, Kepala Bappeda, Bappelitbang, Kadis Kominfo, Kadis Pora, Kakan Kesbang Pol Se-Provsu
“Strategi Pemerintah Pusat Menyukseskan Pemilu dan Pilkada di Sumatera Utara Tahun 2024” di sampaikan oleh Ir.Togap Simangunsong, M.App,Sc (Plh Dirjen Politik dan PUM Kemendagri RI).
Dalam paparannya Togap Simangunsong menjelaskan peran Pemerintah pada pemilu dan pilkada 2024 yang aman damai dan demokratis.
Pertama tentu kami dari Kemendagri khususnya menyiapkan data kependudukan yaitu KTP elektronik, berikutnya perlindungan hukum pencetak, kemudian distribusi logistik, bantuan kendaraan operasional, penanganan dan keamanan yaitu linmas benar-benar personil sebanyak dua orang per TPS.
Dan nantinya akan ada kebijakan dari pemerintah pusat terkait dengan dukungan Kemendagri menjamin ketersediaan anggaran termasuk pemilu presiden /wakil presiden, legislatif dan juga Pemilukada yaitu terkait dana hibah APBD.
“Saya lihat di data daripada sistem informasi kita Sumatera Utara belum semua menandatangani naskah perjanjian hibah kepada KPU dan Bawaslu, belum semua, jadi oleh sebab itu melalui kesempatan ini kabupaten kota yang belum tolong didorong 40% untuk tahun 2023 60% untuk tahun 2024 termasuk kepada TNI dan Polri ini terus dipantau oleh Kemendagri,” jelasnya.
“Menjamin pelaksanaan pemilu yang aman damai dan demokratis poin yang paling penting untuk kita sebagai aparat negara ini netralitas,” ucapnya.
Selanjutnya “Strategi Pemerintah Pusat dalam Menyukseskan PON XXl/2024 Aceh dan Sumut” yang di sampaikan oleh Dr.Surono,S.Pd,M.Pd (Deputi Bid.Peningkatan Prestasi Olahraga Kementrian Pemuda dan Olahraga RI).
Dijelaskannya, suksesnya PON XXl Aceh- Sumut ini kita harapkan sukses penyelenggaraan, sukses prestasi, sukses ekonomi dan sukses administrasi.
PON XXl/2024 Aceh-Sumut akan di selenggarakan pada tanggal 8-20 September 2024 namun akan di usulkan pada tanggal 25 September s/d 10 Oktober 2024.
Pemerintah pusat melalui Kemenpora menerbitkan SK penetapan tuan rumah PON XXl/2024 Aceh – Sumut setelah terlebih dahulu di usulkan oleh KONI pusat yang di lakukan dalam proses pemilihan di rapat kerja Nasional KONI pusat.
