MoA antara Fakultas Dakwah dan Komunikasi dengan OPD Pemerintah Kabupaten Langkat tentang bagaimana sinergitas untuk pemanfaatan SDM dalam implementasi tri dharma perguruan tinggi, penguatan kelembagaan dan pengembangan mahasiswa
Penandatanganan MoA oleh Perwakilan Dinas sosial, Kepala Bappeda Rina Wahyuni Marpaung, S.STP, M.AP, Plt. Kabag Tapem T.Syafrie Elza Hadi Prawira, S.STP,M.AP, Kepala Dinas PMD Nuryansyah Putra, M.Si, dan Dekan Fakultas Dakwah dan Komunikasi UINSU Prof. Dr. Hassan Sazali, M.Ag disaksikan oleh Plt. Bupati Langkat dan Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Langkat H. Amril S.Sos, M.Ap.
