Rabol.id–Langkat: Fungsi pasar sebagai salah satu penyokong utama perekonomian rakyat, hal itu disadari benar oleh Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Bupati Langkat H Syah Afandin SH.
Untuk itu Afandin bersama pihak terkait dari beberapa OPD melakukan kegiatan peninjauan kondisi pasar sebagai bentuk perhatian serius, di Pasar Baru Stabat, Kabupaten Langkat, Selasa (16/8/2022).
Dalam kunjungannya di areal pasar tradisional ini, ada beberapa aspek yang mendapat perhatian Plt Bupati. Meliputi pengelolaan sampah, sarana-prasarana, lahan parkir, area kios hingga kenyamanan pedagang dan pengunjung pasar.
“Saya mendengar laporan dari jajaran saya, kalau pasar ini sedikit semerawut, begitu saya datang dan melihat sendiri ternyata lebih parah dari laporan yang saya terima, untuk itu saya merasakan perlunya kebersamaan membuat ini lebih baik dan nyaman,” ucap Syah Afandin.
Terkait permasalah sampah, dirinya meminta pihak pihak berwenang termasuk OPD terkait segera menanggapinya secara serius, dengan upaya penambahan armada pengangkutan sampah. Sehingga sampah dapat diangkut ke tempat pembungaan akhir (TPA) setiap harinya untuk tidak menimbulkan tumpukan sampah yang menyebabkan kekumuhan.
Lanjut dirinya meminta, dinas terkait bersama pihak terkait pula untuk mendiskusikan pengunaan lahan parkir agar tepat sesuai fungsinya tanpa harus memutuskan tempat mencari nafkahnya, juga sarana-prasarana dan yang lainnya, untuk dapat ditanggulangi sesegera mungkin.
Ia juga mengatakan pada perencanaannya pasar tradisional yang berada di Ibukota kabupaten ini, bersama beberapa pasar tradisional lain yang ada di Langkat nantinya akan difulgar menjadi pasar semi moderen.
Serta berharap kepada para pedagang yang menggelar lapak dagangannya diluar areal dagangan untuk dapat saling memperhatikan hak dan keperluan yang lain.

Juga kepada pedagang yang menggunakan areal parkir saat ini untuk dapat memperhatikan ketentuan yang ada, sehingga lapak dagangan tidak menutup akses parkir dan jalan”, harap Afandin.(yan/joko)
