“Bagaimana kami tidak bersukacita, berkat adanya TMMD 111 yang dilaksanakan bapak bapak TNI dari Kodim ini, daerah kami jadi lebih maju dan berkembang dengan adanya pembangunan jalan di Dusun VIII Pagar Gunung,” ujar warga M Sebayang kepada awak media, Jumat (9/7).
Berdasarkan pantauan, pembangunan jalan di dusun itu, terus digempur personil Satgas TMMD dibantu dengan pengerahan alat berat Combined Tandem Roller untuk memantapkan permukaan badan jalan yang telah dipadatkan dengan sirtu.
Menurut Komandan SSK Satgas TMMD 111 Kodim 0204/Deliserdang, Kapten Kav Ishak Iskandar pekerjaan terus dilakukan guna memberikan ketahanan yang lebih pada permukaan badan jalan, sehingga akan aman dari kikisan air hujan.
“Sebenarnya jalan yang dipadatkan dengan sirtu ini sudah rampung 100 persen, namun untuk memaksimalkan hasilnya, pengerjaannya terus dimantapkan untuk permukaan badan jalan,” sebutnya.
Satgas TMMD Kodim 0204/DS, hingga sore masih terus melakukan pemantapan pada permukaan badan jalan sepanjang 3.839 meter dengan lebar 4 meter itu. (rel)
