rabol.id – Stabat: Plt Bupati Langkat H.Syah Afandin SH diwakili oleh Sekdakab Langkat H.Amril,S.Sos,M.AP menerima Anugerah Keterbukaan Informasi Publik Katagori Kabupaten/Kota Informatif Tahun 2023, bertempat di Aula Raja Inal Siregar Lt.ll Kantor Gubernur Sumatera Utara Medan, Selasa (15/8/2023).
Digiat yang diselenggarakan Komisi Informasi (KI) Provinsi Sumatera Utara ini, Sekda Langkat didampingi oleh Kadis Kominfo Langkat H.Syahmadi,S.Sos,M.SP, dan Kadis Pendidikan Langkat DR.H.Syaiful Abdi SH SE MPd.
Selanjutnya Sekda Langkat H.Amril,S.Sos,M.AP usai menerima Anugerah Keterbukaan Informasi Publik kategori kabupaten/kota Informatif menyatakan rasa terimakasih dan syukur yang amat dalam.
“Kami sangat bersyukur menerima penghargaan ini. Semoga melalui keterbukaan informasi publik, kami dapat terus berkontribusi bagi pembangunan bangsa dan kabupaten langkat khususnya” ujar Sekda
“Keterbukaan informasi publik merupakan bagian dari perwujudan demokrasi dimana setiap warga negara berhak mendapatkan informasi publik yang dibutuhkan. Hasil monitoring dan evaluasi ini merupakan wujud transparansi dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan,” jelasnya menambahkan.
Ketua Komisi Informasi Provsu Dr.Abdul Haris Nst,SH,M.Kn menyampaikan bahwa kami dari komisi informasi Provinsi Sumatera Utara mengucapkan terima kasih kepada seluruh badan publik tingkat provinsi sumatera utara yang telah mengikuti rangkaian seleksi dalam pelaksanaan penganugerahan keterbukaan informasi publik tahun 2023.
Pelaksanaan anugerah award pada tahun 2023 ini, dijelaskannya, bertingkatkan sisi kualitas dan kuantitas. Penilaian berpedoman pada Peraturan Komisi Informasi (Perki) Nomor 5 Tahun 2016 tentang Metode dan Tehnik Monitoring dan Evaluasi Keterbukaan Informasi Publik.
Untuk tahapan monev yang dilakukan adalah 3 tahapan, yakni tahapan pengintaian (reconnaissance), verifikasi dan presentasi yang memakan waktu selama 6 bulan.
Adapun penganugerahan beberapa katagori informatif yaitu :

Penganugerahan keterbukaan informasi publik ini, sambung Dr.Abdul Haris, bertujuan untuk mengapresiasi keterwujudanya keterbukaan informasi yang merupakan salah satu poin penting bagi semua pemerintah daerah agar terlaksananya pemerintahan yang bersih akuntabel dan transparansi di dalam hal keterbukaan informasi publik.
“Untuk itu kami berharap pada tahun 2023 ini akan lahir semua OPD perangkat daerah kabupaten kota yang lebih baik dari pada tahun-tahun sebelumnya. Salam keterbukaan informasi publik,” sebutnya.
Sambutan tertulis Gubernur Sumatera Utara yang di bacakan oleh Asisten Perekonomian dan Pembangunan Provsu H.Agus Tripriyono SE,M.Si, mengapresiasi atas penganugerahan keterbukaan informasi publik tahun 2023 provinsi Sumatera Utara.
Menurutnya keterbukaan informasi publik merupakan bagian dari perwujudan demokrasi dimana setiap warga negara berhak mendapatkan informasi publik yang dibutuhkan. Hasil monitoring dan evaluasi ini merupakan wujud transparansi dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan.
“Keterbukaan informasi publik merupakan amanat Undang-Undang Nomor 14 tahun 2008 dimana setiap badan publik wajib menyediakan, memberikan dan/atau menerbitkan informasi publik yang berada di bawah kewenangannya kepada pemohon informasi publik, selain informasi yang dikecualikan sesuai dengan ketentuan. Informasi publik bersifat terbuka dan dapat diakses oleh setiap pengguna informasi publik,” jelasnya.
“Jadikan anugerah keterbukaan informasi publik tahun 2023 sebagai momentum keterbukaan informasi publik,” ujarnya.
Penganugerahan  di hadiri oleh  Ketua Komisi Informasi Pusat yang di wakilkan oleh Komisioner Bid.Penyelesaian sengketa Bapak Sawaludin, Ketua DPRD Sumut Baskami Ginting, Forkopimda Provsu, Sejumlah kepala daerah Bupati Kabupaten/Kota Se-Sumut, OPD Provsu, Pimpinan BUMD, Penyelenggara pemilu (Bawaslu) Kabupaten/kota, Penyelenggara pemilu (KPU) Kabupaten/Kota, dan Kepala Desa yang mendapatkan penghargaan.
