Sirait mengatakan “Dalam kegiatan itu Tim l melakukan tugas pada Pukul 10. 00 Wib di pimpin oleh Iptu S Parinduri Kanit Binmas Polsek Medan Kota selaku pelaksanaan tentang pemahaman, Penghimbauan Sosialisasi PPKM Darurat yaitu (Sektor Esensisal & Non Esensial) Perkantoran, Sekolah dan Tempat Makan, Minum di 4 Kelurahan yaitu Kel. Sudirejo I , Kel. Sudirejo II, Kel. Teladan Barat dan Kel. Sitirejo I Wilayah hukum Polsek Medan, pungkas Sertu H. Sirait.
Surat Edaran tersebut terkandung dalam Instruksi Peraturan Walikota Medan No. 443.2/6133 Tentang Pemberlakuan Pembatasan Kegiatan Masyarakat Darurat dalam Penanganan Pencegahan Penyebaran Corona Virus Diesease 2019 (Covid 19) Di Kota Medan.”imbaunya
Kegiatan PPKM Darurat berlangsung di tempat makan minum direstoran, Rumah Makan, Warkop, serta pedagang lapak jl KHjajan tidak diperbolehkan makan ditempat, melainkan hanya layanan Delivery, atau Take away (bungkus)
