rabol.id – STM Hulu: Tangan-tangan terampil personil Satgas Kodim 0204/Deli Serdang kembali menghadirkan pembangunan tugu prasasti TMMD ke-121 di Dusun Surbakti, Desa Rumah Sumbul, Kecamatan STM Hulu, Kabupaten Deli Serdang, Sumatera Utara, Rabu (21/8/2024).
Pembangunan tugu prasasti ini diposisikan di areal sekitar menara air pompa hidram.
Kehadiran bangunan berbentuk trapesium yang semua sisinya dibalut keramik hitam, menjadi monumental dari pelaksanaan karya bakti TNI melalui program TMMD ke-121 TA 2024 di wilayah Dusun Surbakti.
Perwira Pengawas TMMD 121 Kodim 0204/Deli Serdang, Kapten Kav Gawah Ketaren menjelaskan, pembangunan tugu prasasti ini juga menjadi simbol pelaksanaan TMMD di Dusun Surbakti, Desa Rumah Sumbul.
“Proses pembangunan sudah dimulai sejak Selasa (20/8/2024) kemarin, dan diperkirakan selesai hari ini, Rabu (21/8/2024). Tugu prasasti ini juga menjadi monumental bahwa di lokasi setempat telah dilakukan pembangunan sarana dan prasarana infrastruktur di wilayah pedesaan yang dikerjasamakan antara TNI AD, pemerintah dan warga masyarakat,” jelas Kapten Ketaren.
Dengan dibangunnya tugu prasasti ini, diharapkan bisa menjadi catatan sejarah bagi generasi berikutnya, bahwa Kemanunggalan TNI-Rakyat bukanlah sebuah keniscayaan.
Keberadaan tugu prasasti ini juga sebagai pengingat kepada warga setempat untuk menjaga dan merawat pembangunan yang telah dilakukan, sehingga memberikan kemudahan bagi warga di saat ini maupun di masa depan.
