Dalam kesempatan itu Sribana PA menegaskan agar memprioritaskan dan memperjuangkan bagi 200 orang yang belum lulus, untuk mengisi formasi PPPK 2024, yang akan dilaksanakan dalam waktu dekat.
Sribana juga menyampapaikan DPRD Langkat akan mengawal dan memperjuangkan pengangkatan sampai ketingkat pusat.
Hal itu sejalan dengan surat Bupati Langkat Nomor : 810-3035/BKD/2023, tertanggal 29 Desember 2023, agar tenaga guru non ASN yang telah mengikuti seleksi CASN pada Tahun 2023, di prioritaskan untuk pengisian formasi (pengangkatan) pada priode formasi 2024.
Sementara itu Kepala BKD Langkat Eka Syahputra Depari menyampaikan secara terpisah calon PPPK akan mengusulkan formasi sesuai dengan aplikasi E-formasi, dimana penyampaian usulan tersebut selambat-lambatnya 31 Januari 2024.
Hal ini sejalan dengan Surat Kemenpan RB Nomor : B/3540-M.SM.01.00/2023, tertanggal 21 Desember 2023, menyangkut dengan usulan jumlah kebutuhan ASN Tahun 2024.
