Rabol.id–Langkat: Plt Bupati Langkat H Syah Afandin SH melalui Sekdakab Langkat H Amril SSos MAP membuka bimbingan teknis (Bimtek) peningkatan kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM) tentang pengaturan lalulintas yang digelar Dinas Perhubungan (Dishub) Kabupaten Langkat, di Ruang Pola Kantor Bupati Langkat, Stabat, Kamis (6/10/2022).
Kadis Perhubungan Drs Mulyono MSi menyampaikan kegiatan ini diselenggarakan berdasarkan Undang-undang No 22 tahun 2019 tentang lalulintas dan angkutan jalan, serta peraturan daerah (Perda) Kabupaten Langkat No.09 tahun 2022, guna meningkatkan penyelenggaraan lalulintas tidak saja dilakukan dengan pembangunan fisik semata.
Sehingga perlu adanya suatu peningkatan, perubahan, serta perbaikan dalam aspek SDM yang berkompeten, profesional, cakap dan terampil serta mampu merespon kebutuhan dalam meningkatkan pelayanan lalulintas kepada masyarakat.
Juga penyelarasan di bidang perlengkapan jalan dan manajemen dan rekayasa lalu lintas, untuk selarasnya pembangunan fisik dengan pembangunan SDM yang unggul.
Sekdakab Langkat mengingatkan seluruh perserta Bimtek untuk mengikuti kegiatan tersebut dengan optimal, sehingga apa yang didapatkan dalam pelatihan tersebut dapat meningkatkan perubahan SDM, khususnya aspek management dan rekayasa management lalulintas secara langsung.
Ia pun mengatakan perlunya upaya pengadaan sarana dan prasarana diantaranya perlengkapan jalan di jalan lintas, managemen rekayasa lalulintas, peningkatan sosialisasi dan informasi kepada masyarakat dan pengguna jalan, serta peningkatan kualitas dan kuantitas SDM, khususnya tenaga pengamanan lalu lintas.
Juga regulasi dan kebijakan pemerintah untuk mengatasi masalah yang kamacetan dan kecelakaan lalulintas yang sering terjadi dijalan lintas menghubungkan Medan – Banda Aceh yang melalui kabupaten Langkat.
Turut hadir Plt Asisten I Drs H Hermansyah MIP, Kasat Lantas Polres Langkat AKP Hosea Ginting SH, Mewakili Danramil 07/Stabat Babinsa Serka Suandi dan Sertu Suryanto, serta luruh peserta Bimtek jajaran Dishub Langkat.(yan/joko)
