Laporan ketua panitia oleh Kabid Olahraga Dispora Langkat Nardi Siswiyo,S.Pd
Tujuan pelaksanaan turnamen futsal Putri Tingkat SMA/SMK/MA se-kabupaten langkat adalah guna mendapatkan bibit-bibit atlet cabang olahraga futsal Putri usia dini yang ada di Kabupaten Langkat, dan sebagai sarana pembinaan dan sebagai tolak ukur prestasi atlet futsal Putri yang ada di Kabupaten Langkat, membudayakan gemar berolahraga sejak usia dini khususnya olahraga futsal Putri
Peserta turnamen futsal piala Bupati Langkat ini adalah perwakilan sekolah yang ada di Kabupaten Langkat turnamen ini diikuti oleh 22 tim futsal Putri se Kabupaten Langkat yang di laksanakan selama 3 hari tanggal 30 Oktober -01 Nopember 2023 bertempat di gedung olahraga (GOR) Stabat
Sambutan tertulis Plt Bupati Langkat yang di bacakan oleh Asisten Adm Umum Musti Sitepu SE M.Si sekaligus membuka secara resmi turnamen futsal Putri piala Bupati Langkat tingkat SMA se-kabupaten langkat.
“Atas nama pribadi dan pemerintah Kabupaten Langkat saya menyampaikan apresiasi dengan penyelenggaraan kegiatan turnamen ini sebagai kegiatan positif dalam bentuk nyata pembinaan sekaligus upaya dalam mencari bibit-bibit potensial yang diharapkan dapat menghidupkan kembali gairah olahraga terkhusus bagi cabang olahraga futsal Putri yang begitu minim kompetisi,” sebutnya.
Untuk itu kepada seluruh tim selamat bertanding, Musti Sitepu berpesan agar memegang prinsip sportivitas dalam setiap pertandingan kembangkan teknik permainan secara benar bertanding lah dengan kekompakan dan disiplin tinggi sehingga nantinya kemenangan yang diraih adalah kemenangan yang menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai persaudaraan dengan komitmen siap menang dan siap kalah.
“Kuatkan silaturahmi jaga kehormatan serta jadikan turnamen ini sebagai ajang untuk lebih menguatkan persaudaraan di antara kita,” harapnya.
Kepada panitia penyelenggara saya ucapkan terima kasih atas partisipasi dan sumbangsihnya dalam mensukseskan kegiatan ini yakinlah bahwa apapun yang kita lakukan untuk kebaikan akan bernilai ibadah dan akan mendapat balasan yang setimpal dari Allah subhanahu wa ta’ala”ucapnya”

Di laksanakan turnamen futsal Putri yang memperebukan piala Bupati Langkat tingkat SMA se-kabupaten langkat sebagai bentuk aktivitas kegiatan dalam rangka melaksanakan potensi bakat dan minat anak-anak terutama tahun pelajaran 2023 ini.
Bahwa cabang Dinas Pendidikan wilayah ll Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Sumatera Utara yang membina sekolah SMA SMK dan SLB Binjai-Langkat ini masih kendala Pak ketika mau melaksanakan kegiatan jadi kalau ini sudah dibuat oleh Dispora Langkat ini antisipasi kita jujur saya katakan hari ini pak salah satu bentuk menghindarkan anak-anak kita dari hal-hal yang negatif terhadap para pelajar yaitu perundungan, bullying dan intoleransi.
“Mudah-mudahan kegiatan ini dapat terus dilaksanakan bagaimana anak-anak ikut aktif berolahraga untuk menghindarkan dari segala jenis perbuatan tindakan yang mencoreng nama dunia pendidikan,” ujarnya.
Pembukaan turnamen futsal putri secara seremonial dengan tendangan bola oleh Asisten Adm Umum Musti Sitepu SE,M.Si. Pertandingan awal di mulai oleh Tim SMAN 1 Secanggang vs SMAN 1 Binjai Langkat.
Turut hadir Kadispora Langkat Ngaturken PA MPd, Kacabdis Pendidikan Binjai-Langkat H.Syaiful Bahri, S.Sos,M.SP, Plt Camat Stabat Drs H.Rudi Kinandung MAP, Danramil 07 Stabat Kapten Inf.Edisusanto, Mewakili Kakan Kemenag Langkat Dr.H.Muhammad Syukri (Kasubag Tata Usaha Kemenag Langkat), Seluruh Kepala SMA/SMK/MA yang berhadir, dan Seluruh Tim Peserta turnamen futsal putri.
