rabol.id – Medan – Komandan Satgas (Dansatgas) Kolonel Inf Ferry Muzawwad, S.I.P., M.Si dalam pelaksanaan upacara penutupan TMMD ke-118 Kodim 0201/Medan, membacakan laporan hasil pelaksanaan TNI Manunggal Membangun Desa (TMMD) kepada Pangdam I/BB, di Lapangan Benteng, Jl. Pengadilan, Kota Medan. Jumat (20/10/2023).
Pelaksanaan pembacaan laporan hasil tersebut dilakukan oleh Dansatgas, setelah berhasilnya pengerjaan sasaran fisik selama lebih kurang satu bulan, diantaranya pengecoran/rigid beton di Jalan Speksi, Kelurahan Terjun, Medan Marelan, sepanjang 335 meter dan lebar 5 meter serta ketebalan 20 cm.
Selanjutnya, di Jalan Pasar Nippon, Kelurahan Paya Pasir, Medan Marelan melakukan pengecoran/rigid beton sepanjang 600 meter, lebar 4 meter dan ketebalan 20 cm, serta pemasangan bronjong kawat sepanjang 300 meter dan 9 tingkat.
Dihadapan Pangdam I/BB, Mayjen TNI Mochammad Hasan, Dansatgas Kolonel Inf Ferry Muzawwad juga melaporkan Pengerjaan sasaran non-fisik, diantaranya pengecatan sekolah TK-SD-SMP sejahtera, pengecatan Musholla Al-Muttaqin serta menggelar berbagai penyuluhan diwilayah Medan Marelan.
“Program lintas sektoral TNI Manunggal Membangun Desa (TMMD) merupakan bagian dari operasi Bhakti TNI yang diwujudkan dengan cara membantu pemerintah daerah dalam menyiapkan dan memperbaiki infrastruktur serta mengakselerasikan program pemerintah daerah yang sangat dibutuhkan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, jelas Pangdam.
“Oleh karena itu, program TMMD ini sangat tepat sebagai upaya memelihara semangat kebersamaan, persatuan, dan toleransi atas perbedaan serta budaya gotong-royong dan kepercayaan diri dalam kehidupan agar Kemanunggalan TNI-Rakyat selalu terjaga dan terbina.
“Selaku Pangdam I/Bukit Barisan dan sebagai pengendali kegiatan operasional TMMD, saya mengucapkan terima kasih yang sebesar-besarnya kepada Walikota Medan, Bupati Langkat, Bupati Dairi, Bupati Bengkalis, Bupati Solok dan Bupati Natuna serta semua pihak yang telah membantu terselenggaranya kegiatan TMMD ke-118 ini dengan aman, lancar sesuai dengan yang direncanakan,” ucap Pangdam.
Dari semua sasaran fisik maupun non fisik yang dilaksanakan pada TMMD 118 ini, Pangdam mengaku seluruhnya terlaksana 100 persen.
Hal ini bisa dicapai karena TMMD bukan domain dari TNI semata, melainkan program bersama pemerintah daerah dan kota, yakni bersatu padunya semua komponen bangsa yang terkoordinasi dan terkoordinir yang dilaksanakan secara bahu-membahu dan gotong-royong.
“Saya pesan, agar infrastruktur yang telah dibangun di TMMD 118 ini bisa dijaga dan dirawat, sehingga tidak saja masa pakainya lebih lama, tapi manfaatnya kepada masyarakat akan terus berkelanjutan,” pesan Pati bintang dua berkualifikasi Komando itu mengakhiri amanatnya.
Dalam upacara penutupan TMMD ini, tampil sebagai Komandan Upacara, Danyon Armed 2/KS, Letkol Arm Delli Yudha Adi Nurcahyo serta Perwira Upacara, Mayor Inf Romi Sembiring yang juga Danramil 0201-16/Tj Morawa.
Acara juga dimeriahkan dengan tarian Sekapur Sirih yang dilanjutkan pemeriksaan barisan peserta upacara, serta penyerahan naskah berita acara pelaksanaan TMMD 118 dari Dansatgas, Kolonel Inf Ferry Muzawwad kepada Wali Kota Medan, M Bobby Afif Nasution.
Di kesempatan yang sama, Pangdam I/BB bersama Wali Kota Medan dan rombongan Forkopimda juga meninjau kegiatan bakti sosial donor darah, bazar murah dan pemberian bantuan sembako serta tali asih kepada warga, termasuk melepas Motor Babinsa untuk mengantarkan bantuan sembako ke rumah-rumah warga masyarakat di 21 kecamatan Kota Medan.
Hadir di acara, antara lain Pj Gubsu, Kapoldasu, Danlantamal I Belawan, Dankosek I Medan, Kasdam I/BB beserta seluruh pejabat utama, Ketua Persit KCK PD I/BB, Ketua Bhayangkari Poldasu, Ketua Jalasenastri DJA I Lantamal I Belawan, Ketua PIA Ardhya Garini Cabang 23/DI Kosek I Medan, serta tokoh agama, tokoh masyarakat dan tokoh pemuda se Kota Medan, maupun tamu undangan lainnya.(wik)
