Hal ini diakui Lettu Inf Ihwan Manullang di sela pelaksanaan pembangunan jalan cor rigid beton di Dusun VIII Pagar Gunung, Desa Mabar, Kecamatan Bangun Purba Kabupaten Deliserdang, Selasa (6/7/2021) malam.
“Mewujudkan Kemanunggalan TNI-Rakyat yang semakin kokoh merupakan salah satu tujuan dari pelaksanaan TMMD di samping untuk membantu pemerintah daerah dalam mempercepat pemerataan pembangunan di wilayah pelosok desa,” kata Lettu Manullang.
Karena itu, lanjut Lettu Manullang, kerelaan warga yang ikut berjibaku dengan personel Satgas dalam mengerjakan sasaran fisik hingga malam hari, menjadi bukti bahwa TNI dan Rakyat adalah satu kesatuan yang menjadi entitas (ciri) dari sistem pertahanan semesta yang dianut NKRI.
Hal senada disampaikan Pasiter Kodim 0204/DS, Kapten Kav Sudirno. Diuraikannya, kebersamaan yang tercipta dalam pelaksanaan program TMMD ini merupakan refleksi dari Kemanunggalan yang hakiki antarsegenap komponen bangsa untuk mengatasi berbagai persoalan dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat.
“Kebersamaan seperti inilah yang sebenarnya merupakan hakekat Kemanunggalan TNI-Rakyat yang menjadi ruh perjuangan bangsa yang akan terus dibangun dan dipelihara TNI guna menyiapkan ruang, alat, kondisi juang dan kondisi sosial yang tangguh,” urai Kapten Sudirno.
Sebagai catatan, progres pembangunan jalan cor rigid beton hingga Selasa (6/7/2021) malam telah mencapai 1.906 meter dari rencana sepanjang 2.545 meter dengan lebar 4 meter.
Pembangunan jalan cor rigid beton ini terus dikebut di sisa waktu tujuh hari lagi menjelang penutupan TMMD ke-111 TA 2021 di wilayah Kodim 0204/DS.
“Tinggal tujuh hari lagi penutupan TMMD ke-111 TA 2021 di wilayah Kodim 0204/Deliserdang ini. Makanya, pengecoran jalan yang merupakan satu-satunya sasaran fisik yang belum rampung, terus dikebut meskipun harus lembur hingga malam,” pungkas Kapten Sudirno.
