Tanpa canggung, Wakapolsek Bangun Purba, Iptu Armyn langsung mengambil sapu dan ikut membersihkan halaman masjid. Tak hanya itu, ia pun menghidupkan suasana hingga kegiatan membersihkan masjid itu berlangsung penuh semangat dan ceria.
Menurutnya, insiatif untuk ikut membersihkan masjid merupakan wujud sinergitas TNI-Polri dalam upaya mempercepat pemerataan pembangunan di wilayah pelosok.
Diakui Iptu Amryn, kedatangannya untuk membantu membersihkan masjid, juga sebagai bakti abdi negara kepada rakyat, nusa dan bangsa.
TNI-Polri sebagai aparat negara, lahir dan dibesarkan oleh rakyat, sehingga sudah sepantasnya mengabdi untuk kesejahteraan dan kemakmuran rakyat.
“Keikutsertaan saya dalam kegiatan gotong royong ini juga sebagai bentuk soliditas TNI-Polri yang tak bisa dipisahkan. Dan ini saya lakukan bukan karena perintah, tetapi karena panggilan hati nurani,” ungkapnya.
Pembangunan masjid Al Muttaqin yang menjadi salah satu sasaran fisik TMMD Kodim 0204/DS sudah selesai 100 persen. Kini, personel hanya tinggal merapikan dan membersihkan beberapa bagian dari rumah ibadah itu.
Perwira Pengawas (Pawas) TMMD Kodim 0204/DS, Kapten Kav Ishak Iskandar mengatakan, penyelesaian rehab Masjid Al Muttaqin bisa selesai tepat waktu berkat semangat personel Satgas dan warga.
“Rehab masjid ini menjadi kenang-kenangan dan bukti bhakti TNI kepada masyarakat. Juga menjadi bukti ampuhnya gotong royong yang berhasil kita lestarikan melalui program TMMD ini. Saya berharap sikap gotong royong ini dapat dilestarikan oleh warga Dusun VII, karena telah terbukti menjadi pemersatu seluruh elemen bangsa,” ujarnya. (Sumber: Kodim 0204/DS)
