Pandangan dan sikap Umat Beragama Tentang Pemerintah yang sah hasil Pemilu Demokratis Berdasarkan Konstitusi yaitu Pandangan dan sikap Umat Beragama Tentang Etika Kerukunan Umat Beragama, Pandangan dan sikap Umat Beragama Tentang Penyiaran Agama dan Pendirian Rumah Ibadah,Tentang Etika Intra Umat Beragama, Memberi Pemahaman, Memberikan Tata cara Tentang Pendirian Rumah Ibadah dan izin sementara Pemanfaatan bangunan gedung, Berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Agama dalam Negeri Nomor 9 dan Nomor 8 Tahun 2006,

Pendirian Rumah Ibadah berdasarkan daftar nama dan Jumlah Penduduk ± 90 Orang Atau Lebih yang sudah di sahkan oleh pejabat setempat, dukungan Masyarakat setempat yang disahkan Lurah atau Kepala Desa, Rekomendasi Tertulis Kantor Departemen Agama Kabupaten/Kota, Rekomendasi FKUB Kabupaten/Kota.

Izin sementara pemanfaatan bangunan gedung, Izin tertulis Pemilik Bangunan, Rekomendasi Tertulis Lurah/Kepala Desa, Laporan Tertulis Kepada FKUB Kabupaten/Kota, Pelaporan Tertulis Kepada Kepala Kantor Departemen Agama Kabupaten/Kota.

“Tujuan dan Maksud diadakan Sosialisasi ini untuk Menjaga Keutuhan Umat Beragama di Indonesia, Baik dari Provinsi, Kabupaten, Kecamatan dan Desa, Mejaga Keutuhan dan Kesatuan Bangsa, Menjaga Ideologi Pancasila.”terang Babinsa Koramil 0201-16/TM Kodim 0201/MEDANSerma Amirullah.
