Sambutan tertulis Plt.Bupati Langkat yang disampaikan Asisten Pemerintahan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Drs. Mulyono, M.Si beliau menyampaikan pentingnya penegakan disiplin
“Dalam hal penegakan disiplin, tidak bosan bosannya saya mengingatkan agar dapat terus melakukan pembinaan berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Antara lain dalam hal ketaatan mematuhi jam kerja memberikan pelayanan yang prima kepada masyarakat serta pekerjaan tepat waktu sesuai target yang ditentukan” ucapnya
Agenda kerja yang harus segera diselesaikan diantaranya :
1. Sesuai dengan Permendagri nomor 77 tahun 2020 tentang pedoman teknis pengelolaan keuangan daerah. Laporan keuangan SKPD disampaikan kepada kepala daerah melalui PPKD paling lambat 2 bulan setelah tahun anggaran berakhir, namun dalam rangka percepatan penyusunan laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah tahun anggaran 2023 sesuai surat Sekretaris Daerah nomor 990 3012/BPKAD/2023 TANGGAL 28 Desember 2023 bawa penyampaian laporan keuangan perangkat daerah dalam 31 Januari 2024.
2. Dalam rangka tertib administrasi pengelolaan barang milik daerah Kabupaten Langkat tahun 2023 dan berdasarkan Permendagri nomor 19 tahun 2016 tentang pedoman pengelolaan barang milik daerah, bahwa kepala perangkat daerah selaku pengguna barang berwenang dan bertanggung jawab menyusun dan menyampaikan laporan barang penguna semesteran dan tahunan yang berada dalam penguasaannya kepada pengelola barang.
Adapun laporan yang di maksud di antaranya:
-Laporan mutasi barang milik daerah semester II tahun 2023.
-Laporan hadil inventarisasi milik daerah tahun 2023.
-Laporan tindak lanjut BPK RI.
“Untuk menjadi perhatian kita bersama bahwa sampai saat ini penggunaan barang pada masing-masing perangkat daerah masih belum seluruhnya menyampaikan laporan tersebut” ucapnya
“Saya ingatkan kembali seluruh kepala perangkat daerah agar segera menindaklanjuti hal tersebut sehingga laporan keuangan pemerintah daerah tahun 2023 dapat disampaikan kepada BADAN PEMERIKSA KEUANGAN REPUBLIK INDONESIA tepat waktu. Dalam upaya meraih OPINI WAJAR TANPA PENGECUALIAN (WTP)” tegasnya
Asisten Pemerintahan Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Drs. Mulyono, M.Si menambahkan dalam sambutan tersebut untuk mensukseskan pesta demokrasi tahun 2024
” Dalam rangka pesta demokrasi Indonesia 14 Februari 2024 nanti, mari bersama kita dukung dan sukseskan dengan menggunakan hak pilih kita masing-masing
” saya ingatkan kepada seluruh ASN dan tenaga non ASN di jajaran Pemerintah Kabupaten Langkat agar jangan sampai tidak menggunakan hak pilihnya (GOLPUT)” ucapnya
” Mari bersama-sama menciptakan pemilu damai tahun 2024 serta tidak terprovokasi dengan isu-isu yang belum tentu kebenarannya “PILIHAN BOLEH BERBEDA TAPI PERSATUAN DAN KESATUAN HARUS TETAP TERJAGA,” harapnya.(ikp)
