Almarhum Datok di Kebumikan di Gebang, Syah Afandin Ucapkan Terimakasih, Pj Gubernur: Kita Kehilangan Putra Terbaik Bangsa

rabol.id – Gebang: Gebang: Plt Bupati Langkat H.Syah Afandin, SH menyambut kedatangan jenazah Almarhum Dato’ Seri H.Syamsul Arifin, SE bin Hasan Basri tiba dirumah duka di jalan Stasiun Kelurahan Berandan Timur Baru Kecamatan Babalan, Rabu (18/10/2023).

Almarhum Dato’ Seri H.Syamsul Arifin, SE bin Hasan Basri menghembuskan nafas terakhirnya pada usia 71 tahun di RSPAD Gator Subroto Jakarta, selasa 17 Oktober 2023 pukul 12:45 WIB.
Plt bupati Langkat H. Syah Afandin, SH menyampaikan “Saya mewakili keluarga mengucapkan terima kasih kepada semua pihak yang telah memberikan bantuan berupa materil dan morilnya serta tenaganya sehingga di berikan kelancaran pada pemberangkatan jenazah almarhum dari Jakarta menuju Medan dan menuju pangkalan Berandan sampai ke Tempat Pemakaman Umum di Kelurahan Gebang, Kecamatan Gebang.
“Alhamdulillah dengan bantuan semua pihak dari kawan Bang Ifin (Almarhum) yang cukup banyak, semuanya memberikan bantuan dukungan  keluarga kami sangat mengucapkan terima kasih yang setinggi-tingginya kepada  PJ Gubernur Sumut Bapak DR. Hasanuddin yang membantu di Jakarta lewat perwakilan Jakarta untuk memfasilitasi keberangkatan seluruh keluarga besar tadi malam,” ujarnya.
“Alhamdulillah kemudian sampai di Medan di sambut oleh Bapak Kapolda, Bapak Pangdam, dan Bapak kepala BIN juga walikota Medan Pak Bobby. Alhamdulillah dengan pertolongan Allah semuanya lancar, Semoga Allah membalas kebaikan Bapak Ibu sekalian,” doanya.
“Selamat jalan Abang Ifin, darma baktimu  di dunia sudah selesai  mudah-mudahan amal ibadah beliau dengan karunia Allah dan kasih sayang Allah bisa mengantarkan beliau ke dalam surga Jannahtun Na’im,” tambahnya berdoa.

Sekali lagi kami atas nama keluarga mohon maaf kalau ada kesalahan dari beliau dan juga kami tahu persis abang kami ini cukup loyal mohon maaf terkadang dia sanggup hutang untuk bisa membantu orang lain
Maka atas nama keluarga kami ingin menyampaikan kalau seandainya ada utang piutang abang kami saya bersama keluarga siap untuk bertanggung jawab setelah 7 hari masa berduka ini.
Kami juga meminta kepada Bapak Ibu sekalian selama 3 malam berturut-turut untuk membacakan surat Yasin karena tadi malam sudah dihitung malam pertama di rumah kediaman beliau di Medan dan malam ketiga bagi yang memiliki waktu untuk sama-sama kita berdzikir di sini mendoakan almarhum di Pangkalan Berandan ada juga di rumah kediaman beliau di Jalan STM Medan dan insya Allah juga di Stabat di Rumah Dinas  saya juga akan diadakan dzikir.
“Dan insyaallah kami akan tetap meneruskan apa yang sudah terampil di kerjakan oleh beliau di keluarga besar ini,” ucapnya.
PJ Gubernur Sumut Hasanuddin menyampaikan tentang bagaimana kedukaan kita yang mendalam atas berita yang kita terima pada saat ini tentunya innalillahi wa inna ilaihi rojiun.
Saya atas nama pemerintah Provinsi Sumatera Utara dan atas nama seluruh masyarakat Sumatera Utara menghaturkan duka yang mendalam atas kepergian meninggalnya orang tua kita, guru kita, kakak kita. Abang kita adalah Gubernur Sumut yang ke-15 Dato’ Sri H.Samsul Arifin SE  “sahabat semua suku”.
“Tentunya pemerintah Sumatera Utara dan pemerintah Langkat semua masyarakat Sumatera Utara sudah merasakan apa dan bagaimana almarhum, tentunya kita sangat kehilangan Putra terbaik bangsa yang telah mengabdikan dirinya sampai akhir hayat,” ujarnya.
Secara pribadi secara khusus, saya yang keempat kali  berdinas di Sumatera Utara saat saya pertama asisten Kodam, Kesdam, Pangdam dan Sekarang PJ Gubernur Sumut beliau selalu menasihati saya memberikan masukan memberi dorongan  dan selalu bertukar pikiran kepada saya, bahkan beliau mendorong saya untuk menjadi lebih baik jadi tidak akan terlupa bahkan beliau sangat sangat berarti bagi perjalanan hidup saya.
“Sekali lagi atas nama pribadi atas nama keluarga dan atas nama pemerintah Sumatera Utara kami menghaturkan turut berbelasungkawa yang mendalam dan tentunya kita sama-sama mendoakan. Semoga segala amal ibadah beliau diterima insya Allah dan semua khilaf dan kekeliruan beliau sudah kita maafkan demikian kepada keluarga yang ditinggal mari kita sabar dan ikhlas, salam hormat saya kepada semua keluarga besar kita di sini mari kita jaga kesehatan jangan lupa bahagia,” ucapnya.
#Sejarah singkat dan prosesi pemberangkatan jenazah
Jenazah Almarhum Dato Sri.H.Samsul Arifin,SE Bin Hasan Basri di berangkatkan dari kediaman beliau di Jl.Sukadarma (STM)  Kecamatan Medan Johor Kota Medan pada hari rabu 18 Oktober 2023 pada pukul 07:00 WIB dan sudah di sholatkan jenazah dan yang menjadi imam adalah menantu beliau dr.Zainudin Khan.
Selanjutnya di bawah menuju rumah duka Jl.Stasiun Kel.Berandan Timur Baru Kec.Babalan sampai pada pukul 08:56 WIB dan jenazah di sholatkan  di masjid raya Pangkalan Berandan.
Setelah sholat Dzuhur yang menjadi imam adalah adik almarhum yaitu Plt Bupati Langkat H.Syah Afandin SH selanjutnya jenazah almarhum di makamkan di TPU Muslim Desa Paluh Manis Kelurahan Gebang, Kec.Gebang.
Beliau adalah anak pertama dari 8 delapan bersaudara 5 laki-laki dan 3 perempuan pasangan dari Alm.Hasan Basri (ayah) almh.Hj.Fadlah (ibu). Fatimah Habibie (istri) dan di karuniai tiga orang anak yaitu Ir Hj.Beby Arbiana (anak) Aisia Samira (anak) dan alm. Farid Nugraha (anak) dan 4 orang cucu.
Selama hidupnya, Alm. Dato’ Seri H. Syamsul Arifin, SE pernah menjabat sebagai Bupati Langkat 2  periode yaitu 1999-2004 dan terpilih kembali pada periode 2004-2008,  selanjutnya almarhum menjadi Gubernur Sumatera Utara 2008-2011, dengan selogan.” rakyat tidak lapar rakyat tidak bodoh dan rakyat tidak sakit” dengan tagline yang melekat pada diri almarhum Samsul Arifin SE, yaitu sahabat semua suku, Ketua DPD Golkar Sumatera Utara, Mantan Ketua KNPI daerah Sumatra Utara, dan Ketua Umum Pengurus Besar Majelis Adat Budaya Melayu Indonesia (MABMI) sampai sekarang.
Tampak hadir pada hari ini Pj Gubernur Sumut DR. Hasanuddin di dampingi Ibu, para pejabat Provsu, tokoh masyarakat Sumut H.Edy Rahmayadi, tokoh agama Prof DR.Hohd Hatta, anggota DPR RI Fraksi Pan Nasril Bahar,SE, Tuan Guru Babusalam Syekh Dr.H.Zikmal Fuad,MA, Walikota Binjai Drs.H.Amir Hamzah,M.AP, Forkopimda Kabupaten Langkat, Sekda Kab.Langkat H.Amril,S.Sos,M.AP, para Asisten, para Staf Ahli Bupati, para kepala perangkat daerah kabupaten Langkat, para camat se-kabupaten Langkat , para pimpinan BUMN/BUMD dan perusahaan, para kerabat, handai tolan, Jiran tetangga ,tokoh agama/tokoh masyarakat memadati rumah duka di pangkalan Berandan Almarhum H.
