Afandin Peringati HUT ke-77 Guru

Rabol.id–Langkat: Plt Bupati Langkat, H Syah Afandin SH mengucapkan selamat HUT ke-77 tahun Hari Guru Nasional (HGN) dan Persatuan Guru Republik Indonesia (PGRI), 25 Desember 2022.

Afandin yakin Guru memiliki peran penting dalam peradaban manusia dan kemajuan sebuah bangsa. Suatu negeri mampu berkembang dan maju ditentukan pada sumber daya manusia (SDM) dari rakyat bangsa itu sendiri.

“SDM yang unggul dan cerdas menjadi penentu kemajuan dan kemunduran nilai peradaban bangsa,” sebut Plt Bupati Langkat, Jumat (25/11/2022).

Untuk itu, Syah Afandin ingin momentum HUT ke-77 HKN dan PGRI menjadi semangat pahlawan tanpa tanda jasa itu, bersatu dan berkomitmen meningkatkan kwalitas pendidikan untuk menciptakan generasi emas di Langkat.

“Saya ingin guru di Langkat meningkatkan kompetensi dan keahliannya dalam mendidik dan menyelenggarakan pendidikan, agar para generasi Langkat dapat tumbuh kembang secara cerdas,” ungkapnya.

Jika para generasi Langkat cerdas, Afandin yakin, dapat membawa negeri bertuah menuju kemakmuran dan kesejahteraan secara merata.

“Jadi baik disadari atau tidak, peran guru juga menjadi salah satu penentu yang sentral pada kemakmuran dan kesejahteraan sebuah bangsa atau daerah,” pungkasnya.

Pada peringatan HUT Guru ini, Syah Afandin bertindak sebagai pembina upacara peringatan HUT ke-77 HGN dan PGRI Tahun 2022, bertempat di Gedung Olahraga (GOR) Langkat, Stabat.

Bertindak sebagai perwira upacara, Ketua PGRI Langkat/ Kadis Pendidikan Langkat, DR H Syaiful Abdi SH SE MPd. Pemimpin upacara, Muhammad Ihsan SPd. Pembaca Naskah UUD 1945, oleh Suprapto SPd. Pembaca Naskah Ikrar Guru oleh Lisah Triana SPd.

Syah Afandin pada pidatonya membacakan amanat Menteri Pendidikan, Kebudayaan Riset dan Teknolo (Mendikbudristek) Nadiem Anwar Makarim.

Bahwa platform merdeka mengajar yang kami luncurkan pada awal tahun ini, sepenuhnya kami rancang untuk memenuhi kebutuhan guru akan ruang guru untuk belajar, berkarya dan berkolaborasi. Platform tersebut kami buat berdasarkan kebutuhan yang ada di lapangan, bukan berdasarkan keinginan kami. Ini adalah perubahan dasar, cara kerja pemerintah dalam melayani masyarakat.

Dalam platform merdeka mengajar guru, bisa mengakses modul pembelajaran dengan gratis, mengunggah dan membagikan konten-konten praktik baik pembelajaran, dan terkoneksi dengan rekan sesama guru di daerah lain. Guru di Aceh sekarang bisa belajar dari guru di Papua, guru di Kalimantan bisa menginspirasi guru-guru yang ada di Jawa.

Saya berterima kasih kepada lebih dari 1,6 juta pengguna platform merdeka mengajar, yakni para guru yang mau mencoba hal-hal yang baru yang tidak takut untuk berinovasi, yang sadar dan paham bahwa sudah tiba waktunya untuk bertransformasi.

Sekarang sudah ada 50.000 guru penggerak dan tentunya kami masih akan terus mendorong agar makin banyak seluruh penjuru nusantara menjadi guru penggerak untuk memimpin roda perubahan pendidikan Indonesia. Saya sangat berharap agar seluruh daerah dapat segera mengangkat para guru penggerak untuk bisa menjadi kepala sekolah dan pengawas sekolah dan lingkungan sekitar.

Begitu pula dengan persiapan calon guru masa depan kita, khususnya melalui transformasi program-program pendidikan profesi guru atau PPG prajabatan, yang kini berorientasi pada praktik pengalaman lapangan mengedepankan metode INKUIRI, dan membiasakan guru melakukan refleksi inovasi lainnya.

Saya pun selalu yakin bahwa ide-ide berlian ini perlu didukung dengan kesejahteraan para guru, untuk itulah kami saat ini juga terus memprioritaskan pengangkatan guru honorer sebagai Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN), melalui seleksi pegawai pemerintah dengan perjanjian kerja (PPPK).

“Saya tidak menutup mata, masih banyak yang perlu disempurnakan dalam program ini. Karena itulah semua dari kita harus bergotong-royong agar target kita yakni satu juta guru diangkat sebagai ASN PPPK dapat segera berwujud,” inginnya.

Usai pelaksanaan upacara, dilanjutkan pembacaan cipta karya baca puisi oleh Dedy Destian Amd (Guru SD 050629 Salapian), dan Halimatus Syakdiah Siregar (Pengawas SD Kecamatan Binjai).

Penyerahan talihasih pensiunan kepada 6 orang pensiunan.

Penyerahan manfaat santunan jaminan kematian BPJS Ketenagakerjaan sebesar Rp42.000.000, kepada almarhum :
1. Sopiana Ginting, Guru honorer SMPN 2 Sei Bingai. Ahli waris penerima: Jakius Gurusinga.
2.Melinda Boru Siahaan, Guru honorer SDN 054874 Sapta Marga Selesai. Ahli waris penerima Deliana Samosir.

Penyerahan Kepala SD/SMP dan Guru SD/SMP berprestasi Tingkat Kabupaten Langkat tahun 2022.

Juara ll mendapatkan Rp1.577.000,-
Juara lll mendapatkan Rp1.300.000,-
