rabol.id – Stabat: Kepala Badan Pendapatan Daerah (Bapenda) kabupaten Langkat Dra. Hj. Muliani S mengatakan bahwa pihaknya melakukan klarifikasi terkait pengelolaan pajak daerah mineral bukan logam dan batuan.
Dimana, terang Muliani berdasarkan hasil audit dari Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan RI perwakilan Sumatera Utara atas laporan keuangan Pemerintah kabupaten Langkat T.A 2022 kurang bayar ditetapkan sebesar Rp.2.269.504.202.
“Dapat kami jelaskan bahwa, berdasarkan surat keputusan Gubsu tanggal 22 Agustus 2022 tentang penetapan harga patokan mineral bukan logam dan batuan, mineral bukan logam dan batuan jenis tertentu dan batuan, Pemkab Langkat dalam hal ini Bapenda telah menindaklanjuti dengan membuat draf peraturan Bupati dalam rangka penetapan harga patokan mineral bukan logam dan batuan (MBLB) di wilayah kabupaten Langkat pada September 2022,” katanya saat ditemui di ruang kerjanya di Stabat, Kamis (5/10/2023).
Berkaitan dengan hal tersebut dan hasil audit dari BPK RI perwakilan Sumatera Utara pada awal tahun 2023 yang melakukan pemeriksaan menyeluruh terhadap PAD khususnya dari sektor pajak daerah dan menemukan bahwa Bapenda Langkat belum menetapkan keputusan Gubsu no : 188.44/587/KPTS/2022 tanggal 9 Agustus 2022 tentang penetapan harga patokan mineral bukan logam dan batuan, mineral bukan logam dan batuan jenis tertentu dan batuan di Sumatera Utara tahun 2022.
“Seharusnya keputusan Gubsu tersebut sudah dapat diberlakukan mulai September 2022, karena dalam perda Langkat no 4 tahun 2019 tentang perubahan atas perda nomor 1 tahun 2011 tentang pajak daerah didalam pasal 30 ayat (4),” urai wanita berkacamata ini.
“Pada intinya, temuan BPK ini karena waktu 2022 lalu kami belum menetapkan peraturan daerah MBLB, masih dalam draf,” tegas mantan Camat Kuala ini.
Maka, sambung Muliani, hasil dari pemeriksaan BPK RI tersebut terdapat beberapa subjek/wajib pajak yang kurang bayar atas peneta6pajak MBLB di wilayah kabupaten Langkat.
Dari hasil temuan BPK RI itu, Bapenda Langkat telah menindaklanjuti dengan mengundang wajib pajak yang menjadi fokus dari hasil temuan pajak kurang bayar atas penetapan pajak MBLB sebanyak 22 wajib pajak.
“Kami mengundang wajib pajak di kantor Bapenda pada 18 Juli 2023 dengan agenda pemaparan tindak lanjut hasil pemeriksaan BPK RI Sumatera Utara atas temuan pajak kurang bayar MBLB, sekaligus menyerahkan surat pemberitahuan pajak kurang bayar (SPTPDKB) MBLB ke wajib pajak,” ujarnya.
“Alhamdulillah para wajib pajak menyanggupi dan berjanji untuk melakukan pembayaran pajak tersebut paling lama akhir Desember 2023 ini,” katanya lagi.
Berkenaan dengan hal penerbitan SPTPDKB MBLB, tambah Muliani sampai September 2023 sudah ada 5 wajib pajak yang sudah membayar dengan total nilai sebesar Rp.152.328.195.-
Dengan adanya klarifikasi ini, Ia berharap wajib pajak yang belum menyelesaikan pembayaran pajaknya bisa berkomitmen untuk membayarkan kewajiban pajaknya kepada pemerintah kabupaten Langkat.(red)
